These terms govern your use of the Vandan app and this website, both run by Crazy Crafto Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). Using Vandan means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What Vandan does

Vandan gives you ready-made greeting cards — good mornings, festival wishes, thoughts for the day and the days the calendar marks — each already carrying the photo and the name you gave when you registered. You can share a card or save it to your phone. The set of cards changes with the date.

2. Your account

• An account needs a working mobile number. The one-time code sent to it is how we know it is you; keep it to yourself.
• One person, one account. Do not register numbers that are not yours.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You may delete your account at any time, from the app or by writing to us.

3. The photo and name you give

• They stay yours. We use them only to make and show your cards, as the privacy policy sets out.
• Upload a photo only if it is yours to upload — your own picture, or one you have permission to use. Do not upload someone else's photo, and do not upload anything obscene or unlawful.
• We may remove a photo or name that breaks this rule, and may close an account that keeps doing it.

4. The cards

• The artwork, the wording and the arrangement of each card are ours or are licensed to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to share a card made for you, as it is made.
• What you may do: post your cards on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or anywhere else, send them to whomever you like, and keep them.
• What you may not do: sell the cards, pass the catalogue off as your own, strip a card down to reuse its artwork, scrape or copy the catalogue in bulk, or use our cards in another app or service.
• Quotations, verses and shlokas are attributed to their source as best we can. If you believe something is wrongly attributed or wrongly used, write to us and we will fix or withdraw it.

5. What you may not do with the app

• Break into it, probe it or interfere with how it runs, or get at another person's account or photo.
• Use scripts or automated tools against our servers.
• Use Vandan to impersonate anybody, to mislead people, or for anything unlawful.

6. What it costs

Vandan is free to use today: the catalogue, the personalisation and the sharing cost nothing. If we introduce a paid plan, the price and what it includes will be shown in the app before you pay, and the refund policy will apply to it. Nothing here is a promise that the free tier will never change, but we will say so in advance if it does.

7. Service as it is

We work to keep Vandan running and the cards worth sending, but the app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Religious content

Vandan's cards include devotional images and verses. They are offered with respect and are meant for personal greetings. If a card gives offence or contains a mistake, tell us and we will look at it and withdraw it if it should go.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above changes and the app tells you. You may stop using Vandan at any time by deleting your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where it is reasonable to give one.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana have jurisdiction.
